T January assignment: Go through any six (6) pages of AQ 37.3 and correct the genus name according to the current Kew Monocot list (available on-line).

☼ Select the ten (10) best plants in the line of breeding and discuss their contributions.

Notes:

1. All assignments are due in the month they are assigned.

2. Provide copies of homework assignments to mentors and training coordinators, either hard copies or by email.

3. The critiques of the AQ should include evaluation of three ‘good’ descriptions and three ‘bad’ descriptions. There should be a description from the NCJC included in each evaluation, if available.

4. As a minimum, provide a paper copy of presentations to all probationary/student judges, training coordinators and as individually requested by accredited judges.

5. Mentors will critique assignments within one month of receipt.
