& Policy

We guarantee all our snakes are healthy, well established and eating on their own.

We ship FedEx Overnight though Shipyourreptiles.com  (SYR).  On time and Live
arrival
guarantee is though SYR .  We ship in accordance with THEIR rules to insure
your delivery is safe and on time.  You must pick up your reptile the day it is
delivered and report any problems you have to SYR that day.  Your guarantee is
limited to the purchase price of the animal.
You will be provided a photo of the shipping label the day of shipment.  It is the
buyers responsibility to review the information on the shipping label for accuracy.  
Most FedEx facilities require an ID that matches the label for pickup.

Deposits/Payments are Non-refundable.

A $20.00 deposit or payment of, at least, $20.00 will hold your animal for 30 days.  We
can NOT hold an animal with the promise of payment - not even for a few hours.

If we do not hear from you within 30 days of an agreed upon payment, the snake and
all money paid toward the snake will be forfeited and all rights or claims to the snake
is also forfeited.

Initial payments or deposits are best made over the phone with your credit card so we
can make sure the snake you're interested in, is still available.  
In the case of simultaneous payments, payment over the phone takes precedence  
over an electronic payment. Otherwise the time stamp of the actual payment takes
precedence.

2) We can also set up a web page where you can pay using your credit card.  Although
this is through PayPal, you do not need a PayPal account to pay with your credit card.

Payment Plans:
We are happy to negotiate a payment plan with you.  We do not have a pre-set
schedule for payment plans.  We ask that you provide us with a 'plan' that you know
you can keep.  If it's reasonable we will hold you to that agreement.  
If full payment is not received by the agreed upon date, a $5.00 weekly maintenance
fee will be assessed to the purchase price of each animal.  This is to cover our cost of
feeding and maintaining each animal while in our possession.

Snakes are Non-returnable.  
    If there is a problem we will make every effort to make things right. This policy is
    to protect our collection from being exposed to pests and diseases that the snake
    may have come in contact with, while out of our possession.

It is interesting to note that when we first started selling our snakes, we had NO store
policies of any kind. These policies have been established out of necessity.  
Experience has been our teacher.  As we learn more from our experiences, we will
add to our policies.  These additions can/will occur without notice.  

We are willing to work with anyone and understand life has it's bumps.  As long as
you are reasonable and keep in touch, we will work with you so you can own the
snake of your dreams.  The above policies will be enforced if we feel you have
reneged on your agreement and are being unreasonable or taking advantage of our
good nature.
